
Life Coaching
Life Coaching helps you to achieve personal goals, transitions, developments and to manage (professional or personal) projects. By looking at your current situation together and identifying what may be presenting as obstacles to achieve what you’d like, you can create a plan of actions to move you toward your desired outcomes, bit by bit. It’s about moving you forward to achieve your potential and improving the life you choose to lead. Supporting you to have the right mindset and accountability to progress successfully, whatever that looks like for you.
Life coaching can help with many aspects of your life:

your family life and relationships
your working life / projects
your health and wellbeing
your personal time
your financial situation
There can be things holding you back, perhaps some self sabotage, external judgements or limitations. These will be identified as part of the process, ensuring that your values and needs are met for long term benefit, making sure this is authentic for you.
Having an objective expert helps you to see your desires, strengths, weaknesses, underlying influences and can clarify your priorities and direction. Together reviewing, questioning, examining opportunities, coming up with ideas and agreeing to take small actions towards what is important to you.
Combined with NLP this process enables you to recognise that the resources you need are within you. That often changing how we experience reality can be more valuable than changing the content of our experience of reality. And, sometimes the meaning of your communication with others is the response you get back.
It’s a curious approach and opportunity to learn about yourself and your behaviours in the mix.
Combined with Psychodynamic Counselling, any limiting behaviour or self sabotage discovered, rooted in past experiences, that is holding you back, can safely be worked through to enable the needed processing and healing to begin to take place. Although this may make the process longer, it will have a longer lasting impact on who you are in your life.
